　　建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系 (Establishing Trade Relations)

　　一個(gè)公司，一家企業(yè)，要想進(jìn)入市場，尋找貨源，求生存，求發(fā)展，最首要的工作是與別的商家建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系。達(dá)此目的的途徑很多，如閱讀廣告、參加交易會、參觀訪問、引薦介紹等。此外，還可以直接通過書信的形式建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系。

　　建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系信函的寫作可以按照以下步驟進(jìn)行：

　　1) 告訴對方從何種途徑獲得對方的信息 (如：通過……得知……)。

　　2) 寫明去函的目的：了解對方經(jīng)營產(chǎn)品的情況;提供本公司產(chǎn)品的情況。

　　3) 希望保持聯(lián)系。

　　另外，信函措辭應(yīng)禮貌誠懇、熱情、表達(dá)清楚透徹。
