Email Regarding Conference Accommodation

Dear Sirs

　　Our company will be holding a one-day conference on Saturday 18 May from 1000 to 1730, and we are looking for a suitable venue for 200 delegates.

　　Our requirements are:

　　1. A conference room with theatre-style seating

　　2. A foyer for table top exhibitors to display products/brochures

　　3. A reception area for welcoming and registering delegates

　　4. Morning refreshments at 1100 and afternoon refreshments at 1530

　　5. A buffet lunch to be served from 1300 to 1400

　　If you have suitable facilities available please let us know the costs involved. At the same time please send specimen menus for the buffet lunch as well as refreshment choices.
