　　本項(xiàng)BEC高級口語考試內(nèi)容：本項(xiàng)考試為考生模擬了商業(yè)工作的真實(shí)環(huán)境，包括商業(yè)活動中任何可以進(jìn)行雙向交流的場合。但仍然處于以下范圍中：廣告、求職、通信聯(lián)系、商業(yè)交流、經(jīng)營者與顧客的關(guān)系、財(cái)政、會計(jì)、生產(chǎn)管理、生產(chǎn)安全、員工健康、員工管理、員工招聘、 員工培訓(xùn)、市場、銷售、貨物運(yùn)輸、技術(shù)等等。

　　本項(xiàng)BEC高級口語考試的目的是：考官考察考生運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行交流的能力。包括：正確的組織和進(jìn)行對話的能力;對問題做出正確的回應(yīng)和分析的能力;做出判斷的能力。

　　本項(xiàng)BEC高級口語考試從難度上來說居于口語三項(xiàng)考試之首。

　　考生在本項(xiàng)考試中必須做到：

　　1.仔細(xì)閱讀本項(xiàng)考試文字材料，明確所要達(dá)到的目的。(討論什么;決定什么)

　　2.在討論的開頭迅速對所討論的話題的背景進(jìn)行簡單介紹。

　　實(shí)用技巧：將文字材料中的字句進(jìn)行簡化并表達(dá)出來。(見范例)

　　3.兩名考生討論和解決的問題進(jìn)行。

　　實(shí)用步驟1：一問一答式的討論(范例1)

　　A提問(一句話)——B回答(一句話)，闡述理由(兩句話)，A附和(一句話)，闡述理由(兩句話)——一B提問(一句話)——A回答(一句話),闡述理由(兩句話)，B附和(一句話)，闡述理由(兩句話).——A或B定下決定(一句話)——B或A支持決定(一句話)。

　　這種方法思路清晰明確，但切忌回答過于簡單。

　　實(shí)用步驟2：各自闡述觀點(diǎn)的討論(范例2)

　　A闡述觀點(diǎn)(一句話)和理由(兩句話)——B對A的觀點(diǎn)表態(tài)(一句話)，闡述自己的觀點(diǎn)并闡述理由(兩句話)——雙方討論，深入闡述本人觀點(diǎn)(A，B各兩句話)——定下決定(A，B各一句話)。

　　這種方法適合對問題的辯論。但考生需注意彼此的交流。

　　實(shí)用技巧(見范例)：

　　A.提問者將文字材料中規(guī)定討論的部分(通常特殊疑問句)改為一般疑問句并進(jìn)行表述。

　　B.使用第一人稱I或We進(jìn)行表述，自然進(jìn)入虛擬的工作環(huán)境中。

　　C.使用工作場合中常用的套話使得交流更加自然。例如：Shall we get down to our business?

　　D.在討論中表達(dá)同意時(shí)所用的句型：I think so. / You are right. /That’s quite true. /Definitely. /I have the same view. /I share your concern. /That’s a good point. / No doubt about it.

　　E. 在討論中表達(dá)不同意時(shí)所用的句型：That’s true but…. Yes I know but…. I understand but…. I don’t think that I agree with you. I don’t think so. I can’t agree with you. I have some difficulty with your view.

　　Attending Trade Fairs

　　Your company has been invited to take part in a trade fair, which will take place during the busiest time of the year. You have been asked to decide whether staff should be sent to this trade fair.

　　Discuss and decide together:

　　*what the advantages and disadvantages are of attending trade fairs

　　*which members of staff would most usefully represent a company at a trade fair

　　A: You know our company has been invited to this year’s Guangzhou Trade Fair in July. But July is our busiest time. So we have to decide whether to send our staff to attend this fair. What’s your opinion?

　　A: I agree with you. From my point of view, we should…because….

　　B: Which members of staff will you choose to represent our company to attend the fair?

　　A: My ideal members of staff are … You know…

　　B: I think that is the exact reason why we should …

　　A: I am very happy that we hold the same idea.

　　B: So let’s make this decision.

　　A: Ok. I’ll let our boss know our decision this afternoon.

　　A: You know our company has been invited to this year’s Guangzhou Trade Fair in July. But July is our busiest time. So we have to decide whether to send our staff to attend this fair.
