　　We are well-known also forourexperiencedstaffofsales representatives who can carry out your sales program.

　　283.作為我公司的獨家代理，你方必須保證既不銷售其他廠商的競爭性產(chǎn)品，也不向其他地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)口我方商品。

　　As our exclusiveagent，you should undertake neither to

　　sell any competitive products of any other manufactures nor re-export our products to any other areas outside your own.

　　284.我方已決定按照雙方同意的條件，委派你方擔(dān)任我們在此地的代理。

　　We have decided to appoint you as our agent for this district onthetermsandconditionsagreed with you.

　　285.我們認(rèn)為你公司作為我方商品的獨家代理的時機尚未常熟。

　　We don’t think time is ripe for you to act as an exclusive agency for our goods.

　　286.關(guān)于獨家代理之事，我方暫不予考慮。一俟交易發(fā)展能令你我雙方均滿意，我方再考慮此事。

　　With reference to thematterofsoleagency, we are not yet prepared to consider it at present. We shall revert (恢復(fù)) to it as soon as business has developed to our mutual satisfaction.

　　287.我們愿意試行12個月，如果一切進展順利，我們可以在這次協(xié)議期滿之時再續(xù)代理協(xié)議。

　　We would like to offer a trial period of twelve months. If everything goes successfully, we can renewtheagency agreement on this expiration.

　　288.在你們每月付款之前，我們將付給你方10%的傭金。

　　We allow you commission of 10% and remit it to you by presentation of your monthlypayments.

　　289.如果給予我方做你方代理的機會，我們會盡全力增進你方利益。

　　If you offer us this chance of agency we should makeevery effort to further your profits.
