　　(2)付款條件：用保兌的，不可撤銷的，可轉(zhuǎn)讓的，可分割的，以…為受益人的即期信用證支付，允許分批裝運(yùn)和轉(zhuǎn)船。

　　信用證須于——前到達(dá)賣方，在上述裝運(yùn)港在交貨期后15天內(nèi)有效。若買方未及時開信用證，賣方有權(quán)取消此次成交確認(rèn)書或就因此造成的損失向買方索賠。

　　The Letter of Credit shall reach the Sellers before ----and remain valid at above loading port until the 15th day after the aforesaid time of shipment .If the Buyers fail to open the Letter of Credit in time, the Sellers shall have the right to cancel this sales contract without further notice and /or claim on the Buyers for losses resulting therefrom.
